Shipping policy
Shipping policy – Mineral Fusion SA:
- Orders placed on Mineralfusion.co.za ship via our courier partners (ie. The Courier Guy, etc.) from Cape Town, South Africa.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
- Please review your shipping information at checkout delays in shipping. If you have made an error or need to make a change, please contact us as on info@mineralfusion.co.za as soon as possible so we can assist and ensure you receive your order.
- Please note that address changes may result in additional charges.
1. You will receive FREE shipping on orders over R 650 (after any discounts or
promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes).
2. For orders under R100:
Destination: Cape Town and surrounding areas
(Bloubergstrand, Melkbos, Simonstown, Hermanus, Worcester, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Franschoek etc.)
Price: R150
Destination: Main Centres e.g., Gauteng, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Pietermaritzburg, KZN coast (from Richards Bay to Durban to Port Edward)
Price: R150
Destination: Remote Areas, farms, mines etc.
Price: R150
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 2 working day of receiving payment into our account.
1. Courier delivery takes take 1 – 5 working days depending on your destination.
2. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
3. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
4. Main city centre delivery takes 1 – 5 working days.
5. Deliveries can take up to 7 working days in remote areas.
6. Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
On occasion unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, closed roads, etc. could prolong the delivery time. Therefore a late delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. If your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate and assist you further.
